Made from a comfortable, flexible silicone material in a one-size-fits-all design, the Toe Spacer 2.0 can be worn while training or pre/post workout to help improve foot mobility and repair damage from wearing narrow toe box shoes.
This updated design (which has eliminated the pinky strap, freeing the fifth toe for a better range of motion when pivoting) can make a difference when worn as little as 10 minutes a day. The Toe Space effectively realigns the foot to its natural shape, improving overall stability and putting the foot in an optimal position for supporting upward joints such as the ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. Regular use can also help reduce the risk of plantar fasciitis, bunions, corns, hammertoes, blisters or overlapping toes.
Important: When starting out, it is recommended that you wear the Toe Spacer only when seated and inactive (ex. while reading, watching TV, etc.) and for no more than 10 minutes at a time. Once you’re more accustomed to it, you can then start using the Toe Spacer for longer periods, and ultimately while stretching, doing mobility work, and training.
